Course List Request Form

Course lists: Course lists are created automatically prior to the start of each major semsester (Spring and Fall), and are updated after the drop-add period is over. Winter and Summer course lists are created upon request.

When your list has been created, an automatic reponse (including instructions) will be sent to your email address.
You do not need to fill out this form unless a list was not created for you.

The format for new lists is: FA06-SUBJ-COURSE-SECTION@listserv.millersville.edu
(For example: FA06-BIOL-100-01@listserv.millersville.edu).

To request the creation or update of any other list (student organizations, clubs, etc), fill out this form.

Please enter the CRNs for any courses you would like lists for. You may add them all to the same request so that you only need to fill out the form once. If you don't have the CRN, subject, course, and section will be enough information.
